All papers in Complex Civil actions must be electronically filed with the Court unless the party has been specifically excused from doing so. Local Rules - Superior Court of California, County of Orange, rule 308. The megabyte limit for submission of E-filed documents has increased from 10 megabytes to 50 megabytes.

NOTE:  A new way to eFile in Orange County - Please be advised the Superior Court, Orange County, has contracted with an electronic filing service provider (EFSP), One Legal, to provide an eFiling system for the court. The current eFiling system will no longer be available beginning 5:00 PM, June 4, 2010.

Beginning 12:01 AM, June 7, 2010, to eFile with the court, litigants must submit their documents using the EFSP. To obtain more information, including registration with One Legal, visit: www.onelegal.com/OrangeCounty.
